Every Bliss by Lis creation is made fresh to order

To ensure the highest quality and freshness, each dessert is crafted only after your order is confirmed. This means never sitting on a shelf, made specifically for you.

Our Simple 4-Step Process

1. Submit Your Order Request

Fill out our online order form, it takes just 2-3 minutes:

  • How many servings you need

  • Your preferred date

  • Which desserts you'd like

  • Your flavor choices

  • Any dietary requirements or special requests

2. Receive Confirmation

Lisiane personally reviews every request and will reach out within 24-48 hours via your preferred contact method (email, WhatsApp, or phone) to:

✓ Discuss flavors and design details
✓ Provide exact pricing
✓ Answer any questions you have

3. Your Creation Begins

Once everything is confirmed, your order goes into production. Each dessert is handcrafted with care in my Munich kitchen using activated nuts, raw cacao, fresh fruits, and cold-pressed oils.

4. Pickup in Munich

Collect your order at my Munich (81679) location on your scheduled date. Pickup details and exact address will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Important Information

Lead Times

All orders require minimum 3 days notice.

For custom celebration cakes, I recommend 7-10 days to ensure I can create exactly what you envision.

Orders are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, so popular dates (weekends, holidays) book up quickly.

Pricing varies based on:

  • Type of dessert (bites, cupcakes, tarts, custom cakes)

  • Number of servings

  • Flavor selections

  • Design complexity

Exact pricing is provided during the confirmation conversation. This ensures transparency and allows me to customize your order to fit your needs and budget.

Payment

Payment details and accepted methods will be shared when your order is confirmed.

Cancellations & Changes

We understand plans change. Cancellations or modifications are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date.

If you need to make changes to a confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I order?

Minimum 3 days for bites, cupcakes, and pralines. For custom cakes or large orders, I recommend 7-10 days.

Can I taste samples before ordering?

Due to the custom nature of our work, tastings are not offered. However, you can purchase our bites or cupcakes to experience our quality before ordering a celebration cake.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! All my desserts are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free and soy-free. Let us know about specific allergies or requirements in your order form.

What if I need to change my order?

Contact us immediately. Changes can be accommodated up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup.

Do you deliver?

Currently, pickup only. Local Munich delivery may be available for larger orders, please ask when confirming.

What are your pickup hours?

Pickup times are arranged during the order confirmation process based on your schedule and ours.
