From Fashion Designer to Raw Vegan Pâtissière. To Bliss.

My journey to creating Bliss by Lis began thousands of miles from a kitchen, on a fashion design production floor in India.

I was bBorn in Brazil. and moved to Trained in Munich at 20 to study at ESMOD Fashion Design School. Fashion was my first creative language. I built my own brand, traveled for production, and thought I knew exactly where my life was heading.. Now crafting raw vegan pastry that proves healthy food doesn't ask for sacrifice.

Then, during a trip to India, I met a yoga teacher who asked me a simple questionA single question in India changed everything:

"Do you know what your food is doing to your body?"

I didn't.

But that question changed Now it's everything I do.

The Shift

I started paying attention. To ingredients. To how food made me feel. To the connection between what I ate and how I showed up in the world.

The more I learned, the more I wanted to create. Not garments this time, but food that could nourish, heal, and bring real pleasure without compromise.

I discovered raw food patisserie and fell in love. Here was a way to craft desserts that were both beautiful and full of nutrients. Treats that didn't ask you to sacrifice your health.

I trained with leading raw food chefs around the world, learning techniques that transform whole ingredients (activated nuts, raw cacao, cold-pressed oils, fresh fruits) into creations that taste as good as they look.

My ApproachPleasure or health, that's a false choice.

At Bliss by Lis, I don't believe you should have to choose between pleasure and health.

Every Bliss by Lis dessert I create honors both. Whole ingredients, nothing refined, nothing artificial. Made by hand, every single time.:

The Personal Story Behind the Pastries

My relationship with food hasn't always been easy. I've faced mMy own health struggles, including a battle with bulimia that taught me hard lessons about control, worthiness, and healing.

Today I cook for my two boys and two dogs with the same intention I bring to every Bliss by Lis creation, food that nourishes, food that loves back.

Those experiences gave me something valuableThat's what I bring to every creation: deep real empathy for anyone working through a complicated relationship with food, and a commitment to food creating desserts that works with honor your body rather than work , not against it.

Every Bliss by Lis creation carries that understanding. When you taste one of my cakes or pralines, you're experiencing food made by someone who knows that what we eat is never just about taste. It's about how we treat ourselves.

Why Raw Patisserie?

Because I believe iIngredients are most powerful when they're kept whole.

Raw patisserie means:

  • No baking, so nutrients and enzymes stay intact

  • No refined sugars, only natural sweeteners like dates, maple, erythritol, agave, or coconut nectar

  • No wheat or gluten, replaced with activated nuts and wholesome bases

  • No artificial anything additives, just real food in its purest form
